What warranty do you offer?
All products are covered by a 3 month warranty. No returns are available where damaged has occurred through incorrect use or blade abuse by the operator. Defect products will be replaced and a free replacement will be delivered directly.
If you have changed your mind or if you have ordered incorrectly, please call us for a reorder and return the product to us within 14 days. The item must be in new and unused condition. All returns will be refunded, however we are unable to refund freight charges on returned goods.
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a free replacement. You will need to call us to advise of any damage and return the product to us for assessment within 7 days.
What are your Payment options for the online shop?
We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express cards. Paypal is also accepted.
What are the postage options and delivery times? All products purchased online are delivered via either Australia Post (Registered mail or Express Post) or courier. Delivery time is between 3 – 7 business days depending on the item and delivery location. Allow extra time for remote areas. Courier and Postage costs will depend on the size and weight of your product. We can advise you of these costs at the time of enquiry or if ordering online they will be calculated when you proceed to the check out and complete your order and shipping details. Please note Courier service will NOT deliver to PO Boxes or residential addresses where no one is home. All parcels must be signed for or additional costs may be incurred.
