If you are not completely satisfied with your blade sharpen – we will re-sharpen it free of charge or refund your money. All Carbitool products are covered by a 1 year warranty against defect workmanship and defect products will be replaced and a free replacement will be delivered directly. All other products are covered by a 3 month warranty. No returns are available where damage has occurred through incorrect use or blade abuse by the operator.
If you have changed your mind or if you have ordered incorrectly, please call us for a reorder and return the product to us within 14 days. The item must be in new and unused condition. All returns will be refunded, however we are unable to refund freight charges on returned goods. Items being exchanged will be subject to freight charges.
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a free replacement. You will need to call us to advise of any damage and return the product to us for assessment.

Availability of Stock
Cutting Edge Saws strives to keep all items in stock in quantities to meet your requirements; however occasionally some items will run low or be backordered by our supplier. If an item you have ordered is unavailable in the advertised timeframe, our staff will contact you immediately to let you know and provide you with the option to replace or refund your order. Items on our website listed as "Available" are to the best of our knowledge, available to ship to you within the advertised timeframe. Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of order form and processing of payment. Payment options within the online shop are via VISA or Mastercard. All transactions are in Australian Dollars.
Standard delivery for saw sharpening is on a weekly basis, but your actual sharpening time will depend on the type, condition and size of the saw blade. We understand that sometimes there are emergencies and blades need to be sharpened or replaced urgently for you to continue running your business. Please don’t hesitate to call us 9545 4379 if you have an urgent situation so we can help you as best we can.
For standard sharpening of blades that are dropped in to us please allow 3 – 4 working days.
Online Shop Delivery and Shipping details
All products purchased online are delivered via either Australia Post (Registered mail or Express Post) or Courier nationwide. Delivery time is between 2 – 5 days depending on the item and delivery location.
Courier and Postage costs will depend on the size and weight of your product. We can advise you of these costs at the time of enquiry or if ordering online they will be calculated when you proceed to the check out and complete your order and shipping details.
